All rooms will be reserved on the first come first served basis. After 31 January 2002, the Accommodation Office is allowed to change your demand depending on the available rooms left. Payment of minimum one night deposit is required at the time of booking. Immediately after receiving your Registration Form and the payment, you will be sent a voucher for the services on the basis of which you will be accommodated.
