Participants may register for the conference at the "Casino" conference centre (see the plan back on the cover) during the following hours:

Sunday, 14^th April 2002  2.00 to 6.45 p.m.
Monday, 20^th April 2002  7.30 to 12.00 a.m. and 1.30 to 6.45 p.m.

The attention of the participants is drawn to the fact that only these currencies accepted: Czech Crowns (CZK), Euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). The acceptable credit cards will be: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS and EUROCARD/MasterCard. At printing, US $1.00 or EUR 1.00 is approximately CZK 35-37 or 31-33, respectively (subject to fluctuations).

REGISTRATION

The downloadable registration and hotel booking form is a self-billing order form that should be returned to the Conference Secretariat with your payment of the fees.

Conference registration fee will cover all the conference organisational costs, including a Booklet of Abstracts, and Conference Proceedings, coffee-break refreshments, several social activities (e. g. welcoming reception, excursion, concert). In addition to the social activities, the accompanying persons fee will include a sightseeing tour in Marianske Lazne and two trips to the country.

Before the registration form can be processed, the method of payment for the total amount reserved must be indicated thereon and the payment received in the due time. Confirmation showing the confirmed reservations will constitute an acceptance of the registration.

Please, make sure that all the data you give in the Registration Form are accurate and follow the format required (order of names, affiliation, mailing address). These data will appear on your name tag and in all the official conference publications.

* Please, fill in the the Certificate of Studentship in your Registration Form.

Please, sum the amount due for your reservations (check the Travel page for the transportation costs) and indicate the total at the registration form together with ticking your preferred method of payment. All payments must be made in EURO. Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

1. By credit card (please, download the debitting authorisation and submit it with your Registration Form). VISA, American Express and Master Card are accepted. We regret that we cannot accept payments through other credit cards.

2. Direct Bank Transfer (minimum 100 EURO must be sent) to:
