CALL FOR SPONSORS

As usual for conference of this type, the budget of our conference is rather tight. Therefore, external sponsorship is sought to help the organisers to bring to the conference high-quality paper presenters from all over the world. Any sponsorship of the conference activities would be most welcome – both general financial support and specific sponsorship of individual conference activities like Conference Banquet, Welcome Reception, Concert, Conference Refreshments or Conference Proceedings is possible. Any such sponsorship will be properly acknowledged in the conference materials and/or during the respective activity. The list of the sponsors will be also presented in this web-site.

Sponsorship opportunities.

The sponsorship is a parallel activity independent of the exhibitorship. The activities that may be sponsored and their full prices are as follows:

• Welcome Reception (7 000 EUR)
• Conference Dinner (10 000 EUR)
• Beer Party (5 000 EUR)
• Concert (2 000 EUR)
• Student poster competition (1 000 EUR)

The prices given are full prices of the events, i.e. for general sponsorship of the respective event. Partial / co-sponsorship of any of the events is possible, too. Naturally, any sponsorship will be accordingly acknowledged (company logo with a hyperlink to the company web at the RadChem 2022 web and acknowledgement on the relevant conference materials). Other / additional ways of acknowledgement may be negotiated.

In addition to the event sponsorship, a commercial (full page or half-page) in the booklet of abstracts (to be published as a special issue of the open access journal Czech Chemical Society Symposium Series - http://www.ccsss.cz) may be ordered (1 000 EUR / full page). Additional promotional activities (distribution of pens, notebooks, company promotional materials etc.) may be negotiated on ad hoc basis.
